Maintenance Technician Position Location: C & W The Landings Apartments. We are seeking an individual with prior maintenance experience to fill a current opening at The Landings Apartments. POSITION OFFERS: • Hourly Wage • Apartment Rent Discount JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -- Maintenance Technicians work under the direction of a Area Manager or Resident Manager or Lead Maintenance. Responsibilities assigned to this position may include: Responding to resident maintenance requests • Cleaning and maintaining apartment units, and grounds, Make Ready Vacant Units • Conducting property inspections • Removal of Furniture • Handling all other duties assigned including actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. HVAC maintenance and installation when needed Plumbing knowledge and able to detect leaks and repair when needed Carpentry knowledge on installing or replacing trim and any wood work for structure repair Drywall installation and repair Electrical installation and repair or replacement of receptacles Pool Maintenance and keep PH Balanced and able to meet inspection guidelines Landscaping and sprinkler knowledge New Construction knowledge REQUIREMENTS: Must pass credit and criminal background check and drug screening Valid driver License HVAC Certified *QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MAY APPLY: In person between 9am and 4pm at Leasing Office: 13200 Chenal Parkway Little Rock, AR 72211 Job Type: Full-time Application Questions You have requested that Indeed ask candidates the following questions: What is the highest level of education you have completed?
