The Golden Gate Division Recruitment Team will be conducting Workouts as a part of the Applicant Preparation Program (APP) on selected Wedne The Golden Gate Division Recruitment Team will be conducting Workouts as a part of the Applicant Preparation Program (APP) on selected Wednesday's and Saturday's in Vallejo, Woodside, and San Jose. RAIN OR SHINE! These workouts are designed to assist individuals to prepare for the CHP Physical Abilities Test (PAT). The duration of each workout is approximately 2 hours, respectively. It is a great opporunity to stay in shape and show your interest in the CHP! Attendees shall wear appropriate workout attire consisting of a white t-shirt (keeping logos to a minimum) with their last name neatly printed and centered on the back in 1 1/2 inch block capital letters and appropriate sweatpants or shorts. Attendees should bring necessary hydration. First-time attendees of the APP Workouts are required to print out and complete the Applicant Preparation Program Waiver.pdf, and bring it with them to the workout. Click Register NOW!
