Hello all -- Such an unfortunate post, but here we go. I am looking to re-home our yellow lab, River, who will be 1 on the 26th of March. I purchased him last summer from a breeder in Middleburg and our family has enjoyed him ever since. Unfortunately, this wonderful dog of mine has needs that far exceed anything I have experienced in the past and have decided it is best to find him an environment and owner that are better suited to those needs. Now, this is not my first rodeo with Labs. They're essentially velociraptors until about 3, but my dog requires far more stimulation and space than I can provide in an apartment. He requires a yard. If you don't have one, scroll no further. This one is not for you. River has energy in spades. Smart, just high high octane. He is crate trained but still has accidents occasionally when excited. He is up to date on all his shots, neutered, with a recent clean bill of health. Will provide all his food which should last you a couple weeks. He comes with AKC paperwork if you wish to register him, I just never did. A small rehoming fee will apply, nothing crazy.
