Management Company seeking experienced Make Ready staff to rehab some residential complexes located in Oklahoma City and Norman, OK.
Duties Include but not Limited to:
1) Repairing and maintenance of electrical and plumbing
2) Hard worker and able to work independent
3) Willing to contribute in other areas, i.e. (cleaning grounds, painting, etc.)
4) Physical requirements include: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders and ability to lift
Qualifications:
1) Experience required
2) Equipment as needed
3) Carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more
