1 day a week around the outside of home

Looking for a knowledgeable person to be at my home one day a week and help with or preform basic work. I need someone i can work with as a helper on bigger items or that can work independent on basic tasks. Come help me keep the outside of my home looking good, maintained, and with some basic improvements. We have 3/4 Acre of natural FLORIDA lawn with a 30yo wood frame house, kids running around and lots of projects i can never get to. So i am picturing a once a week grounds keeper type gig. Must be able to work with me and independently with a chore list. Must be willing to work a full day (7 hours) and ONE DAY every week. Mush be able to get to my home reliably BUT all needed items and tools provided. Basic Tasks and knowledge i am looking for: Pull weeds and clean out flower beds Pickup trash and other possibly large items to trow away Ability to use a weed eater, push mower, and power saw if needed Can trim up and remove needed plants or tree some pruning Help with sprinkler setup, repair, bury pipes underground, ect Help me with exterior home repairs or on wood fence or with my shed Pick up after my kids outside, put things away, keep the yard tidy weekly START SUNDAY 3/14
