Bathroom flooding damaged several rooms, water went down all the way to the basement. Need some ceiling tiles replaced, one room needs new carpet installed...two bathrooms need the floor linoleum replaced and overall improvements wanted (two new toilets installed). Depending on the expertise of the person/crew, wanting to see about adding features to my basement, such as a shower (portable?) in the basement, painting, sound proofing...as much as I can do with the budget I saved for this. The insurance covered about half the damage, half the work is done. This would be phase 2, with a new contractor/person/budget.
