This antique railroad platform luggage cart or wagon needs some repair and sprucing up. It doesn't need to be meticulously restored to new, but it is an important piece of our family history that sits in a prominent place on our front lawn and we want it made solid again and painted and re-floored so it looks great. There are definitely places that need welding and metal reinforcement so someone with that knowledge, ability, and equipment is needed for this gig. And there is a lot of pitting, so painting will require extensive prep work.
