We are a pressure washing and painting company looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Pressure Washing Technicians. The ideal candidate must have experience in pressure washing, operating machines, and softwash equipment, preparing surfaces, and more. They must be able to work independently, follow instructions an schedule, be attentive to detail, and conform to all industry safety standards and company policies. **EASY JOB WITH GREAT INCOME POTENTIAL** Responsibilities: As a Pressure Washing Technician, you will be: - Cleaning residential and commercial properties and their surrounding areas, such as houses, commercial buildings, walkways, driveways, fences, roofs, and more. - Softwash roofs and other surfaces - Checking that all machines and equipment are working properly. - Operating pressure washer machines. - Inspecting surfaces to be cleaned before and after the work is completed. - Following all safety procedures. - Making sure that you have an adequate water supply and chemicals for the job. - Keeping the work area and vehicle organized at all times. - Using the correct chemicals and techniques to clean the areas Skills: - Experience in pressure washing & soft washing - Attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Great listener - Able to stand and move for extended periods of time - Able to lift at least 35 pounds - Following instructions - Proactive, efficient, and energetic - Be responsible and on time - Problem solver Must have: - Valid Florida drivers license - Good driving record - Pass a background check
