Description

Warehouse associate has a labor-intensive position and is responsible for loading and unloading transport trucks and containers. Position is responsible for maintaining the stability of the pallet through proper stacking and shrink-wrapping. In most cases, pallets are loaded onto a shipping container for delivery. Position requires lifting a very high volume of cases of product per day from 50-75 pounds per box repeatedly during a long work period. Requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping as product is moved. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Drive forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to order sheet ● Mark load ticket for out of stock items ● Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished ● Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked ● Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready ● Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area ● Regular, reliable, predictable attendance ● Perform other duties as assigned by management ● Comply with all company policies and procedures JOB QUALIFICATIONS: ● Must be able to lift up to 50-100 lbs. ● Must be able to pass a background and drug screen ● Flexible to work day, evenings and/or Saturday hours as needed Please contact us directly at 407-277-1007 Brenda or Carmen
