Well-established Real Estate/Property Management company in Kapaa looking for highly organized and motivated individual for the position of Maintenance Manager. Position involves tracking of work orders from start to finish, materials orders, repairs coordination and more, but primarily focused on management of computer work order system and coordinating hired construction & repair professionals. Familiarity with the construction process a definite bonus but not mandatory.
