Welcome Spring with yoga and guided meditation in the park!
Relax in the park with a safe and much-needed outdoor yoga and guided mediation class. All levels are welcome. Ages 18 years and older
Get to know and experience yoga with Ginger Marie, Amazon Best Selling Author, Speaker, Yoga & Face Yoga Instructor. Ginger will guide us through an easy and relaxing yoga class with a guided meditation to welcome this new season of Spring and new beginnings.
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation works the meridians and energy channels of the body to help expand your consciousness and increase mental clarity. This class may include dynamic breathing techniques, mental focus, postures, meditation, and deep relaxation for an empowering and invigorating experience.
This will be a socially distanced event out on the grass. Please bring your yoga mat, towel, water, sunscreen and a great attitude.
Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to check-in and set up your mat.
Be sure and grab a ticket for yourself, your mom, your best friend, your sister, your spouse or your significant other.
Ticket includes yoga/meditation class and a free travel size peppermint spray to use as a cooling sensation, freshen up your yoga mat or mask .
Tickets are $10.00 each.
Tickets to be purchased through Eventbrite .
Check in near the tables by the restroom.
Please bring printed ticket or eticket with you to class.
By purchasing this ticket you release the instructor and the other wellness advocates of any and all liability.
