We are hiring for two part time rockstars who can work effectively and independently drive through the city swapping batteries on rentable e-bikes. This is a very nice position, requires very few prerequisites and can be very lucrative to anybody who can keep themselves motivated and focused when a boss is not directly over seeing them eight hours per day. Opportunity go full time or be promoted to a higher role for the successful hire. This is an ongoing position. Duties include maintaining charged batteries in our fleet of rentable E bikes through the city and County of Denver. You will be given tasks on a map, using our app, and must effectively and efficiently complete all assigned tasks each day. Knowledge and understanding of the Denver map and efficient navigation through the city is a must. Extensive knowledge of the streets of Denver is great, but this can be overlooked if you can prove yourself to be a newbie to the city but a fast learner as it relates to maps and roads and getting around a city. We build a strong incentive and bonus program for those that achieve certain and varying levels of efficiency. Must have your own SUV, truck or hatchback / wagon as you'll be operating out of that. A sedan or coupe will not work, please do not apply if you don't have the above vehicle type as it's the primary necessity for this position. This position involves very little interaction with people, yet you get to be out on the streets and in the city observing everything going on. You are able to listen to your own music, audiobooks or sit in silence as your heart desires. It is truly an ideal and dream position, but it requires extreme responsibility and self motivation. It is fast moving, all hands on deck and requires extreme focus with quite a few moving parts, keeping track of inventory in your possession while navigating around the city in the most effective manner. We do pay a mileage rate to offset gas and expenses, this does not come out of your pay and we do a very lucrative efficiency bonus for those that achieve certain number of tasks per hour.
