WE PAY THE SAME DAY!!! The S.I.M.S. team is looking to hire snow removal Sub Contractors with their OWN snow removal equipment (i.e. truck plows, skid steers, loaders, hand shovelers, etc.) for this upcoming 2020-2021 winter season. S.I.M.S. is a family owned and operated business with a great reputation for serving Denver since 2010. We are a full-service snow removal specialty company (all we do is commercial snow removal NO residential). We have lots of zero tolerance and 1” trigger accounts that need to be serviced multiple times per storm. Requirements: • At least 2 years of professional snow removal experience • 24/7 availability and immediate responsiveness during snow events • Valid W-9 • Valid Driver's License for all truck drivers • Proof of Insurance - including general liability, auto and worker's compensation • Reliable Equipment *Smart Phone (Android or Apple) Sites location include: Downtown Denver, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Rhino, Stapleton and Aurora. Hours are dictated by snowfall - includes nights, weekends and holidays. Typically, 8 to 10 hour shifts. Compensation is based on your experience and equipment dedicated to snow removal events. Payment terms are Same Day Pay w/ Wire Transfer or Venmo/PayPal or Net 15 via check. Rates starting at $65/hr for equipment. $25/hr for shovelers.
