Matrix Gardens is a small landscape design, installation and maintenance company in Boulder, focused on creating and maintaining beautiful, sustainable landscapes. We are currently seeking gardening team members to assist with our residential landscape maintenance for the 2021 season. Gardeners are responsible for organic maintenance of perennials, shrubs and small trees. (no mow and blow) Currently part time seasonal. Great potential to grow into full time as our maintenance department grows. Team members require basic gardening skills and the willingness to learn. Tools provided. Benefits offered based on hours worked with the company and performance. Truck available for team to use for tools and material transport. Currently driven by our lead gardener. Due to COVID-19 we ask our team members to drive their own vehicles to job-sites with mileage compensation paid monthly. We provide masks and sanitizer for all crew members. We require masks to be worn over nose and mouth while in the vicinity of coworkers and clients when a 6' distance cannot be maintained.
