The Crew Leader is responsible for leading a team of gutter installers with integrity, honesty, maturity, determination & a get it done attitude. Duties include: leading a gutter crew, installing gutters, training new employees, interacting with customers, providing paperwork, pictures & information to the office. A minimum of 5 years of Construction Experience is a must. The following skills are necessary: Quality / Ownership of Work, Self-Motivated, Reliable, Team Player, Leadership Skills, Integrity, Maturity, Desire for Personal & Company Growth.
