Looking for experienced roofing technicians for residential and commercial roof systems (Tile, Shingle & Metal) in the Brevard / Indian River County area. The basic service of our service technicians is to complete repairs to the specifications of the manufactures and customers satisfaction. This position will inspect roof for damage and investigate roof leaks, Diagnose the source of the leak and repair the roof in accordance with manufactures specifications. Duties and Responsibilities: • Preform repairs and maintenance on all roof systems Steep and Flat. • Must be able to communicate with customers as well as building inspectors if needed. • Preform Repairs in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. Ensures all work is completed in a craftsman like manner and to the specifications and satisfaction of the customer and Nations Roof. • Ensure all proper material, tools and safety gear is are on the truck prior to leaving the shop. • Takes before and after photo of all work performed. Fills out paperwork properly and accurately. • Problem solver and solution oriented. • Deadline and Detail oriented. • Strong organization skills. • “Go-Getter” Attitude. • Must be schedule driven. • Preforms any other duty or task assigned by the service superintendent, service manager and/or Operating Unit president. Requirements: • 2+ years of roofing experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license and insurable. • Verifiable previous experience in the roofing industry. • Bi-Lingual a plus. • This is a drug free work place, you must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. • Must be able to travel. • Team Player.
