6-8 mo cat needs a new home

This super affectionate all black cat is about 6-8 months old. He fell in love with my husband while he was on a worksite and stayed with him all day! We hunted to see if it was lost/missing, but did not see any postings. We took it to the vet and he did not have a chip. The vet found that he did not have any fleas (treated him anyways), and found that he was negative for feline leukemia and feline HIV. We've had him for about three weeks and he is a very lovey cat. Only trouble is that our 2 adult cats and the younger cat are not getting along. He is very affectionate and playful and would be wonderful for a family without other cats. Please contact me if you would be able to give him a new home for a small adoption fee of $25. He would come with his litter box and dish included.
