Description

Come cook and serve dinner to the LGBT homeless youth of Atlanta at LNFY's Drop-In Shelter. Lost-n-Found Youth (LNFY) exists as a non-profit organization that provides food, shelter, and stabilization services to help end homelessness for LGBTQ youth in Atlanta. On April 11, Westside Table seeks to partner in this mission by cooking and serving dinner for the residents of LNFY's Park Avenue Drop-In shelter. We'll inhabit their kitchen with our very own unofficial chef, Ashtron Green, to prepare the dinner to be served while also packaging meals to be given during LNFY's street outreach services later that week. COVID precautions will be in place for the entirety of the event. All volunteers are required to wear a mask and gloves at all times (gloves provided). Physical distancing will also be in effect and max capacity for the event has been limited to 20 people. **By signing up for this event you are agreeing to opt-in to receive email communications from Westside Table. If you would not like to receive future emails from Westside Table, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Opt-Out."
