As a general contractor I often refer work or sub out work (as most contractors do) but I'm looking to branch out to people I haven't worked with before. I know there's a lot of talent in the Treasure Valley and if you're talented and want work, I would like to work together. In the last week alone, I've been asked for referrals for the following: Painting Fencing Kitchen / Bath Upgrades Flooring / Laminate / LVP / Tile Landscaping / Sprinklers QUALIFICATIONS: You MUST have plenty of experience in your areas of expertise. I can only refer out to people who have the skills and professional attitude to make customers happy. Since I can't manage every request I get from customers, I love to refer out or sub out to people I can trust.
