Designed to provide care and comfort for those coming from the hospital or rehab that may need a bit more care, comfort and therapy before going home.  We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, designated care plan, designated care managers 24/7, nursing, all meals, laundry, private suite, housekeeping, activities and of course nurturing of the mind, body and spirit. The programs run 30 or 60 days. You will go home stronger and more fit than before.
