We are looking for fun, energetic, team oriented associates to join our team at Fairway Social. Through thoughtful design, Fairway Social includes a multitude of things to do from competitive games on world-class simulators and outdoor music, to an amazing putting course and back porch rocking chairs. Whatever your speed, Fairway Social has something for you. We have 11 simulators that bolster golf and 13 other multisport games, a Back Nine Putting Experience, Dinning Room, Luxury Lounge, Champions Club and more while offering a Chef Inspired menu comprised of golf traditions and southern flair. Key Responsibilities We are looking for associates to provide first-in-class experiences to our guests. Below are positions we are looking to hire for. BARTENDER Have knowledge of spirits/beer/wine, the ability to maintain an appealing and Guest-ready bar area and have outstanding service ability. 1+ years of bartending experience strongly preferred SERVER Servers will oversee guests while in the bays, Tee Room or any of our additional common areas. Have knowledge of the menu and the ability to serve with outstanding attention to detail 1+ years of serving experience strongly preferred, not required BUSSER Keep bays and service areas cleared off and clean by demonstrating outstanding attention to detail FOOD RUNNER Deliver hot, freshly prepared food to Guests by demonstrating outstanding energy and urgency GUEST SERVICES Assist all guests in the check in process. Guest services will over see the greet to the game demonstration and everything in between. Use the game and bay assignment systems so Guests are quickly able to begin their games safely and efficient. Please identify 1 or 2 positions you would like to pursue and let us know at the event!
