We have an immediate need for experienced roofers that have the desire to grow with and within our company. We pride ourselves on being a different type of contractor and value integrity and honesty above all else. The perfect candidate has experience in roofing, but we value a great attitude and a motivated mindset even more. We require our employees have reliable transportation, as job sites vary on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. We install composition, tile, stone coated steel, TPO & metal - and are willing to pay top wages to those who have experience installing all of the above. Repair experience is also a huge plus! The ideal candidate is career driven - as we grow we will need to fill superintendent and project manager positions, and ideally would hire from within.
