Coroner IDs Motorcyclist Killed In Menifee Crash

MENIFEE, CA — A motorcyclist killed Monday night in a Menifee crash has been identified by the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner's Bureau. Charles Hannem, 36, died at the crash scene just before 7 p.m. on Newport Road, west of Bradley Road, according to the coroner. The Menifee Police Department said another vehicle was involved, but there was no word on additional injuries. Newport Road was closed for several hours Monday night, between Bradley and Winterhawk roads, while Menifee traffic officers investigated the crash. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
