Press release from the Wright County Government: March 9, 2021 A Message from Wright County Health & Human Services Wright County Health & Human Services would like to thank several community businesses for donating incentives for students currently struggling with school attendance and engaging in learning. This is for students of all ages who are in-person or distance learning. This year, with COVID-19, Wright County Health & Human Services has had at least three times more referrals for educational neglect and truancy than the average school year – and the school year isn't over yet. Students have been very grateful for the incentives they received after a demonstration of improved attendance or increased engagement in learning.
