GENEVA, IL — The League of Women Voters is set to host an online forum next week to give candidates for Geneva mayor an opportunity to lay out their platforms and ideas for voters ahead of the April 6 election. Incumbent Kevin Burns and two-time challenger Tom Simonian will participate in a forum at 7 p.m. March 18, with the event to be broadcast on the League of Women Voters of Central Kane County Facebook page. 724 Deaths In Kane County Since Pandemic's Start 1 Year Ago The forum will be held at the Geneva Public Library, but it is closed to the public, the Kane County Chronicle reports.
