ICON Injection Molding is an established and growing manufacturing company located in North Phoenix seeking 10-15 Operators to join our team across various shifts. The position of Operator is a base level position which requires no prior experience (experience in manufacturing, assembly or warehouse is a plus). The Operator is responsible for retrieving plastic parts from the press, visually inspecting for defects, completing any secondary operations (such as clipping or trimming with cutters/knife), and packaging finished parts. This job includes standing for long periods of time, fine motor skills with hands, acute visual attention to detail and repeatedly lifting approximately 35 lbs (up to 50 lbs). Candidates must be able to commit to a full 40-hour work week--CONSISTENT, ON-TIME ATTENDANCE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT and flexibility in scheduling/attendance is not available. We are seeking workers for all of the following shifts: SECOND SHIFT: M-F 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM THIRD SHIFT: M-F 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM WEEKEND SHIFT: F&M 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; SAT&SUN 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (40 hours TOTAL--Part-Time employment NOT available) Hourly pay is $13.00/hour All positions are FULL-TIME with benefits offered after a waiting period, to include insurance the 1st of the month after 30 days of hire, and 40 hours of flexible-use paid time off after 90 days of employment. Other benefits include a monthly raise incentive for perfect attendance, prizes including cash raffles for alternative commuting such as carpooling or riding the bus, and monthly prizes of up to $600 raffled off for meeting safety, quality, and production goals.
