Hello! I am looking to start a creative co working studio space with a couple individuals that are either artists, designers (graphic designer, fashion designer, interior designer, etc) or someone who is a creative start up entrepreneur looking for a place to work in outside of their home. If I move in I will be renovating the space and cleaning it up. It will be all white with concrete grey floors for a blank canvas. I am an interior designer who owns a plant shop FRINGE in Belltown and also have a photo studio that I’d like to collaborate this space into. Ideally looking for a down to earth individual who can work in a creative co working environment and is chill, laxed and easy going. The shared space between me and 1 other is 1000SF roughly but you may have room for additional space. WiFi and utilities are included in the rent. Monthly rent is $700.00 all inclusive.
