2021 Easter Egg Hunt with the Easter Bunny and Maplewood Public Safety
The City of Maplewood Public Safety Department is excited to invite you to the 2021 Easter Egg Hunt! Back on after hiatus in 2020, we are following all CDC guidelines for safe gatherings and can't wait to see you. This event will feature:
* 3 egg hunts with limited participants to allow for social distancing
* Masks required
* Registration required to limit crowding
* Outdoor event
* The Easter Bunny!
To protect your families and our employees, only coffee and juice will be served this year. However, there will be plenty of goodies for the young members of your family to take home to remember this event. We are planning for 3 egg hunts between the start of the event at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, each approximately 45 minutes in duration. During that time, children will be allowed to hunt for one egg in the park/playground, and bring it back to a designated area where they can exchange it for an Easter bag. Throughout each designated time slot, the Easter Bunny will also be available for socially distanced photos. Please only register for one 45 minute time slot, with the understanding that time slots may change slightly depending on public interest. This is an outdoor event that is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, it will become a drive through type event, details for which will be forthcoming.
Questions about this event can be directed to the police department's community outreach coordinator: [email protected]
Happy Spring! We look forward to seeing you!
