Help needed : bath vent fan and dishwasher not draining

DW runs fine (Maytag QuietSeries 300) but does not drain. Vent fan not working at all. If you are interested in fixing, please give me a recommendation for a unit to get from Home D so I can have it ready when you come. Don't have to take on both jobs. If you can only do one, that's fine.
