H&H Arborists Inc is interviewing qualified applicants for a Full Time Arborist position. Employment is year round, with 35-40 hours a week. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. Applicants with no experience or desired qualifications, can expect a starting pay of $16 per hour. Wages of $20-$25 per hour are available for more experienced arborists. After a 3 month probation period, new employees are eligible for paid holidays. After 6 months, an additional week of paid vacation. After 1 year, a second week of paid vacation. Yearly.
Desired experience and qualifications include: Certified Arborist. Class A Commercial Drivers License. Pesticide Applicators License. Arborist training and skills for; tree and shrub pruning and removal, planting, stump grinding, use of rope and saddle, as well as use of bucket truck and compact tracked lift.
Other desired traits include; non smoking, punctual, reliable, willingness to learn, patience, work ethic, ability to work well with others, present a positive attitude toward fellow arborists and customers.
