2 Part Time Positions Cleaning. Approximately 20 hours per week. Early mornings, Monday thru Saturday. Clean two restrooms and stock paper products. Sweep and mop hard surface floors. Vacuum carpet. Empty waste baskets. Clean glass at entryways. Must be reliable, trustworthy and pass a background check. Building Maintenance and Repair. 20 hours minimum per week. Flexible schedule. Job includes changing light bulbs, furnace filters, emptying trash containers, picking up outdoor debris, and responding to maintenance and repair issues like leaking faucets, roof leaks and the like. The job also includes helping with building remodeling projects and some painting. Basic understanding of building maintenance and some construction skills a plus but we will train the right person.
