Job Description We are Budget Blinds, THE Custom Window Treatment company in the Frankfort, IL and we are in need of a dedicated and driven General Manager to join our team. If these traits describe you, we want to meet you! ​EMAIL RESUME TO [email protected] Primary Responsibilities Include: Place and review all product ordersProcess client payments and assist with billing & payrollMaintain sales rep commission spreadsheetsProvide administrative supportMaintain working files and documents in Dropbox for easy access and recallSupervise office staff and installersCoordinate and log all sales orders, enter daily info including expenses into QuickBooksReview accounts receivable weeklyFile Sales & Use tax monthlyRespond to requests promptlyTake and distribute minutes at monthly/quarterly meetingsCreate and maintain databases as requiredSchedule appointments and maintain calendar in Outlook/Google calendar/TouchpointContinually look for ways to improve our processes and our customer’s experienceUpdate Sampling for the sales reps, order new samples as neededMake travel plans for staff for conventions and training classesCover weekend calls/in-home consultation requestsSchedule installations and accept/check-in deliveries and materials Requirements Successful Candidates Must Have: High School diploma or GED Associates Degree in Accounting preferred but not required 2 + years administrative experience Executive support experience or professional office certification preferred Basic mathematical skills Ability to communicate effectively and articulately orally and in writing Professional appearance and attitude Strong time management skills and ability to work independently Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and colleague Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Moderate to advanced computer and tech skills with a focus on Excel & Microsoft Office
