WOW…my business is growing like a weed and I need to add an installation crew manager to my insulation team ASAP!. While residential insulation and ventilation is our primary business, we are very diverse, making every day new and challenging. It is at times hard work, but the days and hours are flexible and the pay is REALLY good! Although helpful, you to not need experience, you only need to be handy, familiar with tools and a desire to do each job right. You also need to possess a clean driving record. We will supply any and all training needed. The manager of this crew should average over 100K per year with flexible benefits. Pay starts at $30 hr, plus HUGE weekly bonuses for work done right and on time. The more talent and ability you have, the more we will pay.
