Successful family owned and operated company serving the Peninsula and South Bay for over 25 years is seeking highly qualified Equipment Operators/Truck Drivers. The Equipment Operators/Truck Drivers operate heavy equipment and drive trucks to move construction materials, remove debris and demolish structures while following all safety regulations.
Candidates must possess 2-3 years of full-time experience operating bobcats, excavators, milling machine (grinder), dump trucks and similar vehicles/equipment. All candidates must possess: demonstrated skill in grading and excavating, knowledge and ability to inspect and perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment, ability to follow policy and procedure (safety and job operations), ability to communicate clearly, familiarity with construction terminology, ability to read blueprints and construction drawings, be reliable, good listening skills and be a team player. Bilingual a plus!
Candidates must possess a valid California Driver's License (Class A) and have a clean DMV record.
