HVAC MECHANIC / INSTALLER We have an immediate job opening for an HVAC Mechanic / Technician. Full Time Monday - Friday. Valid Drivers License is Required. We offer competitive wages based on experience. The job consists of performing a variety of technical tasks related to the installation, maintenance, parts replacement, service and repair of all heating, air conditioning, and water-based equipment for commercial and residential HVAC equipment. General Duties and Responsibilities:- repairing mechanical and electrical systems on heating and cooling equipment. - Performs preventative maintenance on a variety of heating and cooling equipment. - Periodically monitors and inspects heating and cooling systems to ensure continued proper operation. - Picks up and delivers parts required for department needs. - Investigates heating and air conditioning complaints; performs repairs. - Installs air and water filters on various equipment on a periodic basis. - Assessing drain problems and performing any needed repairs.
