Job Description:
* Maintain the clean appearance of the common areas of the shopping center.
* Empty all trashcans in the common areas.
* Blow debris from the parking lots.
* Clean all vacant spaces and open them as needed.
* Hand sweep or power blow sidewalks and common areas.
* Hand picking trash from planters.
* Report any abandoned vehicles to Property Manager and meet with towing company for removal
A background check is required.
Compensation: $555 per week for specific schedule
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: (6 hours) 6 am to 1pm
Saturday and Sunday: (4 hours) 6 am to 10 am
