Strong Versatile Bassist with strong lead and harmony vocals seeks band that is not limited to just one genre. Classic Rock is great. But if thats ALL you can play, good luck playing the better quality venues that draw younger crowds. I'm seeking a band that is good enough to cover ANY popular styles that can be done with the guitar-bass-drums concept. Rock. Pop. Reggae. Dance Rock. 80s. 90s. Etc...I'm talking songs that can be covered with a nice, compact, efficient 3 or 4 pc max combo. Where everybody sings, because the best bands all feature strong vocals and harmonies. Where the objective is entertaining the crowd, and keeping the dance floor packed. Not impressing other musicians with complex songs, or long guitar/drum solos! This concept could work as a full electric band, or as an acoustic trio with cahone, instead of drum kit. Keep it simple Less work. Less to mess with. More money per member!
