Problem number 1, your seeking a drummer to fit into your music style that isn't generalized to what people want to hear, so how can you base that on the assumption that will give you jobs for opening acts ????? Problem number 2, music is ageless, why would you limit the band to someone younger than 40 ????? Your not going to get to far ….. Good luck.
