March 3rd in the evening I was alerted by my service dog that I was about to have a massive seizure while out running around. When I woke up my service dog in wheelchair were gone please if anyone has seen my dog I would really appreciate if you would call me or text me or if you have her please return her she is very much loved and she rides in my lap all the time. This little girl would love to sit in your lap and she loves to give hugs and constantly kisses and never wants to be alone. The Air Hawk electric wheelchair is blue and there has been a report filed as it is stolen and a medical necessity as I am paralyzed from the waist down
