Looking for Skilled Remodelers/Roofers and skilled laborers. Must have reliable transportation to job sites. Pay will be based on experience and capabilities relevant to the services we offer here at J. Ventura Contracting, LLC. Siding and remodeling experience a plus. Experienced Applicants will be first priority to be contacted. MUST HAVE OWN & MOST IMPORTANTLY RELIABLE*** TRANSPORTATION. Applicant interview and assessment will be based on coming in on time to Job site and working a full day on each step of a project to determine Compensation Amount. 1-3 day interview. Compensation is based on EXPERIENCE, WORK ETHIC, TIMELINESS, & CAPABILITIES varying from $12.50-$15.00/hour for Laborer $17.00 - $25/hour Foreman/tradesman (expected foreman rate can exceed $20/hour if an effective teaching/training methods are met and maintains professional attitude) Applicants should be experienced in the construction industry: Roofing (tear off, drying in, Asphalt shingle install, Metal Roofing experience a plus, Sheathing) Siding (removal and install) Gutters etc. Remodeling experience : Drywall (Plastering experience a plus) Flooring (Hard Wood, tile, and vinyl plank) Cabinetry Install Some electrical experience (replacing and adding fixtures) Painting Carpentry Skills (Finish Trim work, Doors and windows replacement/install Framing experience (Load bearing walls removal for open concept kitchens as well as overall framing abilities) Send contact information after answering the questions, or you will not be contacted.
