FIG III, LLC is looking for a full time hands-on maintenance technician for our Newark Apartment Community. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Snow removal, Swimming Pool maintenance, Painting, Cleaning, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance repair, On-Call Rotation and Time Management. HVAC certification is a plus but not required. Clean drivers license and own vehicle is required. Must provide Government issued ID at time of application completion. 1 Year of Apartment Property Maintenance or similar experience desired.
