Celtic Concert with Bill Mullen, Scottish Singer In celebration of Tartan Week, we are pleased to welcome Scotsman Bill Mullen. Originally from Dundee, Scotland, Bill great up listening to Andy Stewart, The Corries and many more! Bill moved to Oregon where he began singing in Maher's Irish Pub, and has since travelled throughout the US and Canada singing full time. Bill and his wife spend winters in Florida, and we are excited to bring them to the Dunedin Scottish Cultural Center to continue our Tartan Week celebrations!
