Pool Service Technician – Do you love working on your own and in the outdoors? We are a growing local business looking to add a motivated individual to our fantastic team and we have an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career with our company. We have TWO full-time positions available with attractive pay and bonuses for the right candidates who are energetic, fit, ambitious, friendly, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and who share our passion for beautiful pools and great customer service. Our mission is to create a one-stop shop for all things pool related; service, supply and building. We strive to provide excellent customer service and we take a genuine interest in our customers’ lives while solving their pool and spa problems. Our company promotes a fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere to work in. We have regular social get togethers and you will be trained and guided by the owners to find success within the pool industry. We invest in our employees and their ongoing training by taking our employees to the Southwest Pool & Spa Show in Texas every year. Your Role • You will be given a round of 50-60 pools to complete Monday through Friday. This will include manual labor in the summer heat and winter freezes so you must be willing to work in all weather conditions including rain. • Maintaining and cleaning a pool consists of leaf netting, vacuuming, brushing walls, testing water, cleaning filters, adding chemicals and making occasional on-site repairs. • If you have pool experience it is a plus but not a requirement. You will receive on-the-job training and continuous support. Pay and Bonuses • In return you will receive an attractive hourly wage, regular, consistent full-time hours. • There will be a three, six and 12 month review in your first year.
