WANTED: Experienced, dependable maintenance person for small, beautiful property in San Angelo. Your job responsibilities would include performing minor and routine maintenance/repair involving the following: *Electrical and Plumbing *A/C and Heating Systems--would prefer that you have your HVAC certification, or be willing to obtain it *Appliances *Water Irrigation Systems *Interior/Exterior Lights *Door Locks *Pool Area You will also be assisting in getting apartments ready for move-in which includes painting and general maintenancing of an apartment. You will be on call every 3rd week. We are a great company with a super benefit package including insurance, 401K, paid holidays, sick days and 2 weeks vacation.
