About ONCE in Valhalla: Based on an annual, ten course, live feast, featuring the gods and monsters of Viking mythology, this year ONCE in Valhalla is going virtual. The gods are used to fighting all day in Asgard, where the noble warriors go to die, and partying all night in Valhalla, the hall of Odin, the All Father. Ragnarok has shut everything down. The gods are fighting for their lives, but the in between times, isolated and waiting, are very boring. So they have put together a way to party with the honored dead, safely. Ticket includes: - Access (over the rainbow bridge) to the Zoom call OF THE GODS. This will be an immersive, variety experience including performances of music, how to tutorials from Thor and the Valkyries, psychic readings from Freya and Valhalla BINGO from Skadi - A virtual seat at Odin’s table, where you will be able to chat with the gods throughout the show - A culinary Edda PDF including recipes so you can cook your own feast at home - A folder of Zoom backgrounds to use throughout the show, and after, so your friends know you truly died nobly - A singalong video of the traditional drinking song so you can practice pre-show.( We advise warning neighbors so they do not become concerned when you bellow.) - Q&A OF THE GODS. Moderated by Flower, gnome in charge, this is the opportunity to ask those burning questions of life you have always wanted to ask.
