Make your little campers extra happy with family music on The Green. Enjoy room to rock and relax at your own private fire pit. The great outdoors just got greater. Make your little campers extra happy with family music, by Josh and the Jamtones, on The Green. Enjoy room to rock and relax at your own private fire pit, plus a few sweet treats, too. To ensure comfort and safety, advanced registration is required, and capacity will be limited to abide by local regulations. Your registration grants you room to rock and relax at your own private fire pit. Plus, the live performance area will ensure a distance of at least 25 feet from your fire pit. Registration Information Your registration fee of $20 will benefit The Give Warmth Project, which provides the Boys & Girls Club of Stoneham & Wakefield the opportunity to distribute warm clothing to local families in need. Registration will grant you and a group of up to 6 guests your own, private, fire pit area to enjoy the show. Each fire pit area comes equipped with hot cocoa (enough for 6!) from Capital One Cafe, chocolate-covered s’mores from The Candy Dish, and a few surprises for the kiddos. This performance will run for 25 minutes. We have 6 fire pit areas available to book for this show, so book fast! In the event of rain, this event and your ticket will be shifted to 10:30 AM on Sunday, March 28. Thank you for keeping our community safe & fun. More about the Boys & Girls Club of Stoneham & Wakefield The Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham & Wakefield has been building pillars in the local community and across Greater Boston for nearly 50 years. After opening its doors on September 27, 1973, our organization has served generations of children and families alike. Today, we provide fun experiences and educational programming to over 3,000 members across our two locations after school and throughout the summer. We are proud to work with young people from a wide range of economic, social and family circumstances, regardless of their gender, ethnic and racial background. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham & Wakefield is a proud affiliate of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the nation’s most effective youth development organization in the United States. Our buddy Stefan Sheperd (ZOOGLOBBLE/NPR CONTRIBUTOR) calls us a “ten-ton bundle of energy,” and we like to think that pretty much sums us up. We make music for kids! And their grownups. Plus big brother/big sister, grammies and/or pappies, family pets, babysitters, 3rd cousins, elderly neighbors, old college roommates, etc. We’re pretty inclusive like that. Our music’s got swagger: infectious, ska-centric jams run into stadium-sized monster rock choruses, which blend into a cappella sing-a-longs fueled by slick beat boxing and massive four-part vocal harmonies–all packed into a ball of frenetic dance party craziness! Sounds fun, right? It is, we promise. Bottom line: Josh & the Jamtones are guaranteed to get crowds of any age moving their bodies, laughing out loud, and singing along, regardless of age, height, shoe size, etc. To learn more, please visit their website.
