Dr. Arnold will share her recent work examining Hispanic/LatinX hearing health. Join us to hear Dr. Michelle Arnold, Au.D., Ph.D., CCC-A, as she discusses “Understanding Hispanic/LatinX Hearing to Reduce Disparity in Hearing Healthcare.” As part of this workshop, Dr. Arnold will share her recent work examining Hispanic/LatinX hearing health, including analyses conducted using data from the HCHS/SOL on hearing aid utilization, chronic tinnitus, and occupational noise exposure. She will also share preliminary focus group results from 34 members of the Tampa, FL Hispanic/LatinX community collected as part of a mixed-methods study.
