Woodworking Crafts person needed to restore small wooden boat

I have a 70 year old wooden drift boat which I am restoring. I need it sanded down then painted and lacquered. I would prefer to find someone highly experienced with woodworking and restoration, but it's not that complex of a job either. Much of the paint is sanded off of it already, so it's wood grain on the outside. It's a cool boat so I just want it to look nice, good wood except part of the transom is soft so that's where the woodworking part comes in. Might be able to be repaired, might have to be replaced.
