Looking for remote office assistant to help with the following
1. Daily updating spreadsheet
2. Daily follow up with Potential customers that we have already called
3. Daily input of information into online program. ( you will need a laptop)
4. Daily phone calls or tasks. Like we reciece leads from a lead service. Sometimes the leads are bogus and we need to request a credit. We have to call them and request a credit. It takes like 20 minutes but it's worth the phone call to get the credit.
5. Other task like attend a zoom call with the web designer and have him add some photos or add this or that.
6. Daily needs as they come up. Ordering forms.
7. Follow up with clients and ask for a review.
8. Holiday campaigns
9. Mail outs for marketing campaigns
10. Social Media updates and posting pictures.
11. Daily communication with our techs to update our daily spreadsheet.
I'm looking for a go getter not necessarily a seasoned experienced veteran. That would be nice to, but don't hesitate to reach out if this position interests you. The major skill set I am looking for here is someone who is not scared and is confident enough to ask. For instance I might ask you to apply for a permit with City of Olympia for this or that. If that intimidates you, don't reply to this add. If you thought to yourself how would I go about doing that.. what the heck are we installing...then you got the right skill set. Life is full of a bunch of red tape that we need to bust thru, I need some help from you getting thru it so we can install the work that we are good at.
Message me back, let me know what you are able to commit for hours per week., per day. I get it if you have certain obligations with children and other, just let me know what you can and can't commit. I would like atleasy 4 hours a day if possible.
