Private Housekeeper Needed

Looking for a responsible, hard-working and part-time housekeeper 2-3 days per week (likely Friday, Monday & Tuesday but can be flexible) Duties will include daily maintenance (tidying, making beds/change bedding, laundry, pick up clothes, cleaning kitchen, dishes, counters, dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, bathrooms, etc.), as well as the deep cleaning of the home. Housekeeper will also maintain refrigerators and pantry (organization, purging food, inventory, etc.) and grocery shopping/ordering. Candidate will also help with errands and meeting various contractors as needed (alarm company, landscape crew). May also be asked to do meal prep. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, extremely proactive, and have a positive, can-do attitude. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Must be able to provide references. Must have dependable transportation. Must be prompt, diligent and organized. Must have a professional demeanor. Availability to work weekends and holidays, if needed. Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision. Must be physically able to move at a fast pace; up and down stairs, bending and lifting, as needed.
